Is white glove delivery worth paying for?
It depends on what is being delivered. For designer furniture, art or anything hard to replace, each piece is checked and photographed when it is received, carried to the room of choice, assembled and placed, and the packaging leaves with the crew, so damage is caught before it reaches your client.
Can you receive and hold goods before an install date?
Yes. Our 10 staffed hubs receive shipments from each vendor Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm, by appointment. Every piece is checked and photographed on arrival, then held in climate-controlled storage until the room is ready and the delivery is scheduled.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance for a building?
Yes. Condo and high-rise buildings often ask for a certificate of insurance before they let a crew in, and we routinely provide one on request. Send the building’s requirements with your order so the paperwork is in place before delivery day.
