You ship to our warehouse, not the job site
When you order from a trade vendor, give our warehouse address as the delivery destination instead of the client’s home. We give you the right address for the hub nearest the install and the details a vendor needs on the label.

We photograph it, flag it and file the claim
Every shipment is photographed as it lands and checked for damage to the packaging, and we open it for a full inspection on your say-so. Each item is photographed and logged. If something arrives damaged, we file the claim with the vendor for you.

You see what has arrived
Every piece is barcoded and added to an itemized inventory with photographs and arrival status, so you can see what has landed and what is outstanding without calling the warehouse.

We hold it until the project is complete
Secure, climate-controlled storage and consolidation, so a sofa that arrives in March is not sitting in a client’s garage waiting for the rug that arrives in June.

We deliver, assemble and place it
One crew brings the whole project, assembles it, places each piece to your floor plan and removes the packaging. Buildings needing a certificate of insurance get one in advance.

A furniture receiving warehouse is a commercial building that takes delivery of furniture, lighting, rugs and art on a designer’s or a buyer’s behalf, holds it while the rest of the order catches up, and releases the whole project to the site as one delivery. It exists because trade vendors ship to loading docks rather than to lobbies, and because a room that is still being painted cannot take a freight truck.
At Elite Anywhere that includes a staffed dock, open Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm by appointment, where carriers book a slot rather than turn up; condition photographs filed against the project as each shipment lands; unpacking and inspection for transit damage and factory faults whenever you ask for it; a claim raised with the vendor when something lands broken; climate-controlled space for as long as the build runs; and a certificate of insurance issued to the building’s requirements before the truck is loaded.
The part worth asking any warehouse about is the last mile. Plenty of them only store: when the install date arrives you hire a separate white glove mover, and nobody owns the handoff between the two. What happens if an item arrives damaged?
We photograph and document visible damage or discrepancies and notify the project contact before final delivery.
What if a shipment arrives without paperwork?
About two shipments in ten turn up unannounced, and we chase the carrier or the sender to find out whose they are instead of turning the delivery away. Once it is matched to your project, it is photographed, logged and stored with the rest of your order.
Can you receive from multiple vendors?
